People, Pets and Property have been a part of Laurelle’s passions for as long as she can recall. After arriving in the Scottsdale area in the late 1970’s while committed to a love affair of horses (that remains intact to this day), she decided this desirable desert lifestyle was definitely meant to be her ‘home’. Trained as a Registered Nurse she moved to the Valley of the Sun permanently while working in multiple areas of the Nursing profession from ICU to Hospice, for over than 30 years. Days off were frequently spent exploring Open Houses and new housing developments. Over time it became clear to her that becoming a Realtor was not only desirable, it was the most logical next step for her to take. What immediately became evident was that her professional training had perfectly prepared her to seamlessly adapt to the various duties required to meed Client needs in the Real Estate market where buying and selling a home is often the most stressful and exciting endeavor one will ever decide to embark on, yet the importance of education and attention to the details, were essential. In her own words, Laurelle shares some of her thoughts:

“For me, the opportunity to work with Clients through the transitions and challenges involved while bidding farewell to one residence and often moving forward with the excitement of finding a new home, or possibly finding their “dream home”, regardless, the process is likely to be rich with mixed emotions. Every scenario is unique with a specific set of circumstances. I have found that this process draws me deeper into each working relationship. I am driven to assist them in a manner that represents the best of my ability, understand what is most important to them because I genuinely care deeply about their outcome. It is essential to me that they too move forward with clarity and understanding of each step involved in the process. Communication and an in depth understanding of the current Market trends, statistics and other specifics or unique factors to any property, are essential for strength in negotiations. Ultimately, my intention is to not only close, but to earn a Clients’ trust for life. I intend to be there for the long haul, well beyond our first working relationship. In doing so, they remain within my circle, enrich my life and adds greater value to my every corner of my professional and often our personal lives.
